Pictures Provided to the ASU Mars K-12 Education Program for the
September 2000 Death Valley/Mono Valley Comparative Planetology Tour

These pictures were used by educators comparing landforms in Death Valley, California, with features on the surface of Mars. The pictures are Mars Global Surveyor Mars Orbiter Camera images processed for the ASU Mars K-12 Education Program by Malin Space Science Systems. The pictures were selected by Sheri Klug, director of the ASU Mars K-12 Education Program, and Ken Edgett, the former director of ASU program. All data used for this project were in the public domain. These processed, value-added views should be credited to NASA/JPL/Malin Space Science Systems.
