Mars Odyssey Orbiter Thermal Emission Imaging System (THEMIS)

MSSS fabricated the THEMIS visible imager, which acquires grayscale and color pictures with better than 20 meters per pixel resolution in up to 5 wavelength bands. MSSS President, Michael C. Malin, is a THEMIS science team Co-Investigator.
