This page provides access to a large fraction of the set of images taken by the Viking orbiters from 1976 to 1980. Click here for more information on image availability and processing.
This page has recently been revised (September 2000) to not use the CGI interface.
To use this interface, select one of the following links and then click somewhere on the map displayed. A page containing 8x shrunken versions of the images that cover that 5x5 degree box will be displayed.
Low resolution: 100-230 meters/pixel
High resolution: best-100 meters/pixel
Because of processing limitations and other difficulties, some images may be unavailable even when matched.
